Im in business 6 months with 2 trucks and have a mix of residential and commercial. Im doing jobs because of the demo. It knocks off their socks. One of our demonstrations was for a large department store chain Marshall Fields. Each store has 60,000 square feet between carpet and tile and there are 20 stores. We got the job and it wasnt because of price. We did two banks cleaned and sealed in one day and made $3,000. We carry a Turbo and a raptor in each truck and do demonstrations everywhere we go. Cleaning carpet for fourteen years I thought I'd taken my business as far as I could... CDS and RX-20 cleaning a 2,000 customer base.
After I discovered and tried Turbo-Force's' grout cleaning tool it was exciting to see my customers really amazed when their dark dirty grout came clean so fast, and if the 75 cents per square foot wasn't enough, it's so easy to sell color sealing at 50 to 75 cents per square foot, in addition to the cleaning charge.
In one year my sales in tile restoration passed up my carpet income. It's not hard to see why I do carpet as a side line. I developed new clients in new markets mostly by referrals. Realtors, insurance restoration and even referrals from tile contractors and builders have kept me more than busy.

In one month I grossed $32,000 with only two technicians. I never made that cleaning carpet alone. Its easy to show the customer how good their floor could look after I do the demonstration in front of them. I never quote prices until after they see the results. I dont know what I would do without the Turbo.

The demo sells the job...
About a year ago I thought about diversifying into additional services like air duct cleaning. One day I got a flyer in the mail from a local carpet cleaner offering tile and grout cleaning for 70 cents a foot. I called to find out what it was about. They offered to demonstrate how they can clean my dirty grout. They came out and I was not only impressed with how good it looked but how fast he did it. I saw the tool at the distributor where I buy my chemicals and rented it for the next day. After finishing my home I decided to try it on one of my customers floors. I earned enough to buy the tool.
This has been a great upsell. The demo in the middle of the floor sells the job. Thank you Turbo-Force. You've got a winner here and I own one!

Cleaning tile and grout has been more than I expected it would be. I really impress insurance adjusters on claims they were going to tear out. I get more referral than I ever did from Insurance companies. My employees really like cleaning tile better than carpet. Business is great. I added our fifth truck and know that hard surfaces are going to be part of our future in a big way.

Being in business for 20 years Ive had to be skeptical about a lot of claims in our industry and I must admit when I saw a video demonstrating the Turbo-Force system I really didnt think it could be that fast or easy. Ive been in business eight years now and Ive not seen anything this exciting since the truck-mount. It all started with two bathrooms I came to bid on. The management thought they would have to tear out the tile and now Im doing six projects with thirty thousand square feet of tile area.
